WHAT IS Changing the System?

Changing The SySTEM™ was a camp created for girls to explore STEM without stigma. It aims to make science and technology fields more equitable and increase the number of young women who feel empowered to pursue STEM careers.

CTS aims to provide accessible opportunities. Through keeping the camp free, the financial barrier that can prevent girls from succeeding in the field is removed.

Through various STEM lessons that change each year, campers gain experience in several disciplines that could spur them to explore more. Female speakers in STEM fields come in to present on their own journey, challenges, and career details.
